Wellaro is a demo travel health intelligence platform designed to help travelers organize personal health information, explore vaccine recommendations, and review general destination health briefs. Wellaro is not a medical service, does not provide clinical advice, and is not HIPAA-compliant. The platform is currently in beta preview and may contain incomplete or outdated information.

2. No Medical Advice

All content on Wellaro — including health briefs, vaccine recommendations, and translated passport summaries — is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before making travel health decisions, especially regarding vaccinations, medications, and destination-specific risks.

3. Demo Environment & Test Data

This is a preview and testing environment. Users should enter only fake or placeholder information. Do not input real medical histories, real medication names, real allergy details, or any personally identifiable health data. The system is not configured to secure protected health information.

4. User Responsibilities

By using Wellaro, you agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
• Not enter real medical or personally identifiable information.
• Verify any health information with a qualified professional before acting on it.
• Not rely on translated passport content as a substitute for professional medical documentation.

5. Intellectual Property

All Wellaro branding, software, designs, and content are the property of Wellaro or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Wellaro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be accurate, complete, secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wellaro and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including any health decisions made (or not made) based on information obtained through Wellaro.
